HOMEROOM BY RENA SIMONE started when my I found my 8 year-old's skincare haul in my Amazon cart: eye gels, sheet masks and other little things she'd found on the internet.
My first thought was, how are we here already? Then I realized I should not have been that surprised. The amount of skincare she sees on a daily basis. It's fun, it's colorful, it's "girly." Of she wanted in.
Since we're here now, might as well guide it. What I didn't want was here reaching for things just because they were trending without knowing...
My mom taught me the basics of skincare whe I was young, and I wanted to do the same for my daughters.
